Don't Gamble On This Mom's Lawsuit Against Chuck E. Cheese's

You've got to know when to hold ‘em, when to fold ‘em and when to walk away -- especially if you’re a 5-year-old kid being tempted into a lifetime gambling addiction by a giant buck-toothed mouse.
What?! Yeah, a mom in California is suing Chuck E. Cheese's because she thinks kids who patronize the pizza joint are at risk of developing serious gambling habits.
This, she says, is because the restaurant’s entertainment centers offer games for children that she believes are actually illegal gambling devices. To stop them, she’s filed a $5 million lawsuit against the pizza chain.
According to Time NewsFeed, Chuck E. Cheese's lawyers have asked that the lawsuit be thrown out on the grounds that the games are legal and the California legislature never intended to make operating a children's arcade game a criminal act.
Hmmmmm. Personally, I think these kids are more at risk of a lifetime addiction to pizza than gambling. But what do you think?

You know those young adults & older children that drive you crazy, that everyone bit*hes and moans about saying " what is the world coming to?" or " I just don't understand why they are this way nowadays?"
Well.......People like THIS raised them !
Go back to the ways of Grandma & Grandpa. Get some structure - have some backbone - have some good solid family values !

why is it this mother wants to take the fun out of being a kid and you know that chuckie cheese is not the only place where u can enjoy a good pizza and play fun games and win some pretty cool prizes. anyways i think someones mom needs a better hobby and not spend so much time messing with the fun things in life>>>
Poor child, his life has just begun and she is sucking the fun right out of it !

Before we look at the possibility of a 5 year old becoming an addict, can we look at the "mom" that took the child to Chuck E. Cheese and finance the "games"....
