Meet the “rebel” of the planetary crowd. Uranus, a planet that cannot be seen without a telescope, is essential to our individuality. That’s because Uranus is all about freedom: making sure you’re living up to your potential, trying new things and questioning the status quo. This planet reminds us of the importance of dreams, hope and spirituality. 

Uranus is the planet of revolution! You’ll even find that Uranus was particularly active during many historic wars of revolution, drawing attention to civil unrest and problems that had yet to be addressed. In short, Uranus has always elicited change. But, like war itself, this “change” doesn’t always occur peacefully.

Uranus works in two distinct ways: by delivering unexpected events to shake you out of your routine, or by causing chaos or tragedy to make sure we’re taking the correct steps forward as people or as a culture.

Let’s say you’re living your everyday routine until, bam! You bump into the love of your life on the street. Or, you suddenly lose your job and are forced to start from scratch.
