You can avoid most of these by being extra careful in exchanging information and managing the details of your work life.

Positively, this can be a time to go back and work out some problems with close colleagues and professional allies. If you've gotten off track with someone important to your job, spending the time to discuss matters in a civil manner can repair a key alliance. It requires a cool head to make this happen because aggressive Mars is in the relationship houses of your chart throughout December. Individuals may come on strong, pushing your buttons with their aggressiveness. There's definitely a dash of competitiveness in the air that might provoke conflict that is better applied by pushing yourself harder. Going faster, though, is not the answer. Well-planned but bold initiatives can impress co-workers and even bring in new customers or clients.
