Regarding Neptune in Pisces Special Edition posted around April 2011.
The USA Sibly (Sagittarius-Rising) chart has intercepted sign Pisces in 3rd House, with planet Neptune at 22.25' in intercepted Virgo in 9th (tropical,placidus). I pray that this energy of Lovingkindness of Compassion comes heal the split between the mind and soul of nations (especially our own). May we use Imagination collectively to innovate the creation of etheric and physical environments that solve the feeding of physical bodies, and repair breaches in social relational climates. Fortifying these environments could create a nutrifying spiritual presence necessary to heal and empower each soul individually and collectively.

Mr. Estes, I understand your difficulty with modern technological devices, but I think what's happening is a step in the direction of a natural ability to communicate telepathically. I believe we will become SO connected to each other - from blue tooth to heart center - where we will not need ANY devices. Just a still mind and open heart. Many are already utilizing telepathy and remote viewing, and personally, I look forward to when we can communicate for free, just as we breathe the gift of air/prana! Perhaps we can use Neptune in Pisces to stimulate our imaginations to create such a reality----8-)

As a PISCES, I have been waiting since I read a "Decade Forecast" by Johathan Cainer last year for someone to discuss how my ruling planet Neptune's return to my sign might affect not just my life but many others in the Zodiac. It is especially prophetic for me, as my own tather was born on April 4th, 1921.

To have this arrival come in my lifetime after being absent for some 164 years is really quite fascinating and inspiring in some sense. I am personally looking forward to 2012, when it is due to return (I believe in late July) and hang around for over ten years.

I found Rick and Jeff's observations about "technology" and perhaps a shift in the World's dependence, perspective, and belief's in its "powers" to be possibly shifted to a more Human, and even Humane approach to how relate to each other as people. Having been born at the exact Mid Century year of 1950, I continually talked to my parents as well as my grandparents in year's past, as I was always curious how they percieved the rise of advanced techical and modern means of human communication had changed the way that they lived.

I personally have had difficulty with these modern devices such as Cell Phones, the Computer's Internet, and what I consider an obsessive dependency on I-Pods and "Text Messaging." An "Old Soul" such as I, have felt disconnected to this High Tech World, and never quite at ease with what it portends for the fate of humankind. I see teens walk around talking to the sky [blue tooth) as if they are inmates in a mental institution, and actually thought how rediculous it was to revert to a "Western Union" type of communication that "Text Messaging" truly is, rather than sitting down and talking face to face with their friends.

I hope my home planet, Neptune's, return to my Sign PISCES has a possiive and more "human" affect on how we all communicate with each other as human beings. I see it as a very positive thing. ~~~~~~ Thanks, gentlemen, for your observations.

I'm an Aries 4-14-1959 and I really am implusive. Its usually not what I really wanted or need or a scams online.. I pay attention to what you say. And yes this is a good time reread and take in knowledge of the astral Forces and apply them correctly. I have read but need to be stronger in my delivery. (more confident) is what it really is. I have been reading my horoscope from Rick and Jeff since I was in 6th grade. : ) . They're GREAT!
