Full Moon in Aries Horoscopes

It's freedom vs. compromise with October's Full Moon

The independent and impulsive Full Moon in Aries on October 11 is opposite the Sun in partnering and patient Libra, which stirs up relationship issues as we're confronted with the contrast between freedom and compromise.

A tendency to react quickly could have serious consequences as responsible Saturn is joined with the Sun, reinforcing commitments and requiring loyalty. Finding some space for individuality is a reasonable desire now, but if others are pushed away too far, they may not ever come back.

Aries (March 21 - April 19)

This Full Moon in your impulsive sign kicks up your urges to act now without waiting for approval from anyone else. Your instinct to go it alone appeals to your strong desire for freedom, which makes compromising with others more difficult now. Still, with serious Saturn in the picture there are long-term consequences to consider that suggest caution and accommodation may be necessary.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)

If you've had trouble finding motivation, this Full Moon in fiery Aries could do the trick. It falls in your 12th House of Secrets, so a crisis could suddenly creep up and force you to take action. It's opposite the Sun and stern Saturn in your 6th House of Work, provoking conflict on the job or, better yet, spurring a bright new idea that could bring more excitement to your professional life.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20)

Group activities are intensified with this Full Moon in your 11th House of Friends and Colleagues. Ideally, you may be excited about a new project, but it can also feel like you're under pressure and may have an interest in separating yourself from the pack. The Moon's opposition to the Sun and sober Saturn in your 5th House of Romance could provoke conflict with your partner.

Cancer (June 21 - July 22)

This Full Moon falls in your 10th House of Career where it can either pile additional responsibilities on your shoulders or inspire you to initiate a change in your professional life. You could feel abandoned by others and wind up carrying more than your fair share of the workload. But if you can advance your interests with a well-planned but bold step, this could be a time to take it.

Leo (July 23 - Aug. 22)

Your itch for adventure may need scratching with this pioneering Aries Full Moon in your 9th House of Faraway Places. However, strict Saturn's opposition to this lunation indicates that you may be held back by your current obligations. The message is to take care of short-term business so that you can free up some time and energy to expand your mind with education or travel.

Virgo (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22)

Relationship issues can explode with this fiery Full Moon in your 8th House of Intimacy. Partners can behave unreliably or you might be the one who is getting bored and needs some stimulation to keep your interest. Fighting is a risk here, but shutting down and going into silent mode isn't any better. Be prepared for some serious negotiations with close financial or emotional allies.
