Until I recieved a laptop as a gift from my husband in October, I only was able to check my email and work on Facebook once in a blue moon (punny, no?). I realized after reading the "Give it a Rest" Karmic Law that I had "entered the Matrix", as I say... I rarely go outside anymore other than to take my dog out. I instantly recoiled as soon as I read "take a technological Sabbath". I couldn't IMAGINE NOT being outdoors almost all day when I came here 6 months ago, now barely do at ALL? I had become a techno slave...I love the idea of Karmic Laws to live by that are relevant to the techno age today!!! How apropo, thank you for the advice (wait! not advice, "entertainment"!) Seriously though, I intend on making my techno Karma as good as my soul's Karma. Have a blessed day.

I agree with "do unto others as you would have them do unto you". And how about a friendly hello to a stranger, or letting someone go ahead of me at the grocery store. I get a kick out of that - and how surprised people can be with a friendly and not to mention very easy gesture. Good Karma!!

You mean just follow the Golden Rule; "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." So simple and yet so hard for some.
