Raising the stakes

by Jeff Jawer and Rick Levine

Leo Love Horoscopes

On Jan. 20 the Sun, your energetic ruling "planet," enters quirky Aquarius and your 7th House of Partners. This can attract an unconventional person whose values and ideas are very different from your own. If you're already in a relationship, this transit signals a need to revive your union by working for a cause or on a collective project.

Then, on Feb. 18, the Sun shifts into sensitive Pisces and your 8th House of Intimacy. The stakes are going up in your partnerships, costing you more to keep what you have or reminding you that changes are needed to attract what you want. You may be surprised to hear that the magic ingredient that can take a connection to a deeper level or make it easier to meet someone new is vulnerability. Showing what you need (without acting needy) is an invitation to get closer to you. Your strength is an asset as long as you can mix it up with a softer approach that makes you much more interesting.
