Although you have some romantic juice flowing your way when December starts the potential to increase the heat in your personal life increases throughout the month. Loving Venus is picking up speed in Scorpio and your 5th House of Romance to put you in a desirable light. A more sophisticated approach to relationships starts with self-control so that you can express your powerful feelings without being overcome by them.

On December 7 you get additional support from ardent Mars, which is entering your 7th House of Partners. Venus and Mars are astrology's lovers and their presence in two potent places for love, lust, pleasure and partnering can take you to the top of your game. There will be challenges, though, as Mars can represent a feisty or pushy person who tests your patience. Yet it can be very exciting to be with someone who doesn't baby you and won't settle for an ordinary relationship. It's time to be more active in improving the union you have or making major steps to expand your social horizons. Going to new and different places with a clear purpose is one way to get more magic into your life. This is no time to be passive because you're likely to be running the show or getting run over by a strong-willed individual.
